Reason (R): Muzaffar Khan, diwan-i khalisa, discontinued the zabti-i harsala and established nasaq.

ABoth A and R are true and R is the correct explanation of A
BBoth A and R are true, but R is not the correct explanation of A
CA is true, but R is false ✓ Correct
DA is false, but R is true
Correct answer: (C) A is true, but R is false — The assertion is true but the reason is false, so the answer is A true but R false.
Explanation
The assertion is true but the reason is false, so the answer is A true but R false.
Nasaq was indeed introduced as an alternative to the zabti-i harsala.
So the assertion is true.
But it is not true that Muzaffar Khan, the diwan-i khalisa, discontinued the zabti-i harsala and set up nasaq.
This account of Muzaffar Khan is not borne out.
So the reason is false.
