Graphics are created in image tools and only embedded into a page, not authored by HTML.

Tables and frames are just individual elements a page may contain, not the purpose of HTML itself.

HTML tags mark headings, paragraphs, links and images so a browser can render them.

CSS handles the styling of these pages while JavaScript adds their behaviour.
