The table shows, for M.Tech (Computer Science) students who got employment during the five years 2019 to 2023 in four areas, namely Hardware, Software Quality Assurance (SQA), Software Development and Other, the percentage distribution of students (I) and the average starting salary of students per month in rupees (II). The total number of students who passed out in 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 were 800, 600, 1100, 1200 and 1000 respectively. In 2022 the average monthly salaries in Hardware, SQA, Software Development and Other were 89200, 89600, 77600 and 66400 rupees. In 2023 the same four salaries were 98100, 102200, 86400 and 75400 rupees. Based on the data, answer the questions that follow.
If the average starting monthly salary of employment in Hardware in 2019 was 54500 rupees, then the average starting salary in Hardware in 2023 is what percentage higher than in 2019?
