The total number of colleges in the four states is 4000. The Python, Java, Multimedia and AI percentages by state are: A 86, 74, 59 and 56; B 80, 92, 82 and 84; C 74, 88, 84 and 86; and D 68, 64, 68 and 70. The percentage distribution of the number of colleges is A 35, B 15, C 20 and D 30. Based on the data, answer the questions.
