Which are the elements of the triangular relationship described by Barani?

History · Sources of Medieval Indian History UGC NET December 2019 History
Passage
A different kind of historian was Barani, whose work, written in 1357, is a history of the Delhi Sultanate from the point where Minhaj Siraj ended his narrative. Barani is different from his peers, especially because he takes up aspects of life other than the dynastic and political, such as scholarship and intellectual currents. He is also novel in that he applies to events a distinct historical theory of his own. This theory was premised on a triangular relationship between despotic monarchy, the established nobility and upstarts from the non-aristocratic classes. He wrote in order to please his patron, and his work covers the period from Balban to Firuz Shah Tughlaq.
