In positive skew the mean is pulled toward the high-value tail, so mean exceeds median and mode.

Negatively skewed curves have the longer tail on the left, with mean below the mode.

Non-uniformly skewed is not a standard statistical label for direction of skew.

Platykurtic describes a flat-topped curve, a matter of kurtosis, not skewness.

Skewness measures asymmetry, whereas kurtosis measures peakedness of a distribution.
