The ratio is 9 to 10, so the answer is 9 to 10.
In Village C the transgender share is the remaining 32 percent, since 32 and 36 are given.
So transgenders in Village C are 32 percent of 18000, which is 5760.
In Village B the male share is the remaining 40 percent, since 33 and 27 are given.
So males in Village B are 40 percent of 16000, which is 6400.
The ratio is 5760 to 6400, which simplifies by dividing by 640.
That gives 9 to 10.
