The total is 175 percent more, so the answer is 175.
Females in Village B are 33 percent of 16000, which is 5280.
Females in Village D are the remaining 44 percent of 24000, which is 10560.
So the two together give 5280 plus 10560, which is 15840.
Males in Village C are 32 percent of 18000, which is 5760.
The excess is 15840 minus 5760, which is 10080, and as a percentage of 5760 that is 10080 over 5760 times 100.
That equals 175 percent.
