The table shows the percentage of colleges offering four IT courses (Python, Java, Multimedia and AI) in four Indian states A to D in a certain year, along with the percentage distribution of the number of colleges among the four states. The total number of colleges in the four states is 4000. The Python, Java, Multimedia and AI percentages by state are: A 86, 74, 59 and 56; B 80, 92, 82 and 84; C 74, 88, 84 and 86; and D 68, 64, 68 and 70. The percentage distribution of the number of colleges is A 35, B 15, C 20 and D 30. Based on the data, answer the questions.
