The following table shows the percentage distribution of the number of doctors and the number of female doctors working in seven different cities A to G. The total number of doctors working in all seven cities is 2400, and the ratio of males to females among them is 5 to 3. The distribution of doctors and of female doctors is City A 19 percent and 24 percent, City B 21 percent and 16 percent, City C 9 percent and 11 percent, City D 12 percent and 8 percent, City E 17 percent and 16 percent, City F 14 percent and 19 percent, and City G 8 percent and 6 percent. The doctor percentage is a share of the total 2400 and the female percentage is a share of the total female doctors. Based on the data, answer the questions that follow.
In City A, the number of female doctors is what percent of the number of male doctors?
