City A has 23.4 percent of the total with 77 percent adults. City B has 21.6 percent with 68 percent adults. City C has 8.4 percent with 73 percent adults. City D has 18.9 percent with 75 percent adults. City E has 17.5 percent with 69 percent adults. City F has 10.2 percent with 72 percent adults. The population of City A is 257400. Based on the data, answer the questions.
