What is the average number of boys who passed in the 10+2 examination in the year 2024 from all the six schools (A-F) together?
Boys passed equals total passed multiplied by the share of boys, which is one minus the girls percentage. For 2024: A 550 times 0.56 is 308, B 640 times 0.60 is 384, C 560 times 0.55 is 308, D 800 times 0.52 is 416, E 840 times 0.45 is 378, F 750 times 0.64 is 480. Their total is 2274, and dividing by 6 gives 379.
