Which college has the least number of male students with low income, if we assume that every college has equal number of total students?
Take the total in each college as 100, since they are equal. Males with low income equal the percentage with low income times the male share of the with low income ratio. For A it is 35 times 5 by 11 which is about 15.9, for B it is 25 times 3 by 8 which is about 9.4, for C it is 24 times 1 by 3 which is 8.0, for D it is 19 times 3 by 5 which is 11.4, and for E it is 15 times 5 by 8 which is about 9.4. The smallest value is for College C.
