The six levels of the revised Bloom's taxonomy in order are remembering, understanding, applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating.

Remembering is retrieving facts and terms from memory, the base of the hierarchy.

Understanding and applying follow, grasping meaning and then using knowledge in new situations.

Analyzing and evaluating come next, breaking material apart and then judging its value.

Creating is the highest level, putting elements together to form a new, original whole.

The revision by Anderson and Krathwohl changed nouns to verbs and placed creating above evaluation.
