The table shows the revenue in lakh rupees earned by a publishing house from the sale of three types of publications, namely journals, magazines and books, during four years from 2020 to 2023. The year-wise revenue is: 2020, journals 45, magazines 35, books 70; 2021, journals 47, magazines 40, books 80; 2022, journals 40, magazines 42, books 87; 2023, journals 40, magazines 54, books 79. Based on the data, answer the questions that follow.
In the month of July, the votes of D and C are in the ratio 9:5. If the votes of D remain the same, then by what percentage should the votes of C increase to make the ratio 5:9 in July?
