The table gives, for an IT company founded in 2016, the number of employees recruited (R) and the number who left (L) in five positions, Administrators, Analysts, Programmers, Testers and Peons, over the years 2016 to 2021. The 2016 figures are the founding strengths. Administrators started at 380, with recruits of 140, 90, 74, 80 and 96 and departures of 60, 46, 44, 36 and 48 in 2017 to 2021. Analysts started at 600, with recruits of 136, 120, 118, 128 and 144 and departures of 60, 64, 48, 50 and 56. Programmers started at 440, with recruits of 128, 120, 104, 96 and 124 and departures of 52, 60, 50, 56 and 72. Testers started at 580, with recruits of 100, 112, 124, 136 and 130 and departures of 50, 52, 48, 44 and 46. Peons started at 410, with recruits of 92, 76, 98 and 112 and departures of 48, 44, 40 and 60 in 2017 to 2020. Based on the data, answer the questions.
