The year-wise revenue is: 2020, journals 45, magazines 35, books 70; 2021, journals 47, magazines 40, books 80; 2022, journals 40, magazines 42, books 87; 2023, journals 40, magazines 54, books 79. Based on the data, answer the questions that follow.
What is the ratio of the number of female participants from USA in event E2 to the number of female participants from China in event E3?
