The table shows the percentage distribution of the population across five age groups for five cities A to E. The age groups are 0 to 13, 13 to 19, 19 to 35, 35 to 60 and above 60 years. The percentages are: City A 18, 12, 24, 30 and 16; City B 16, 18, 22, 29 and 15; City C 20, 20, 20, 25 and 15; City D 15, 18, 21, 26 and 20; City E 18, 15, 25, 24 and 18. Based on the data, answer the questions that follow.
If the number of people in the age group 19 to 35 years in city A is 31,680, then how many people are above 60 years of age in city A?
