Based on the data in the table, answer the questions that follow.

The number of students who scored 80 and above marks in Hindi is _________ % less than the number of students who scored 60 or more than 60 marks but less than 70 marks in Punjabi.
Hindi 80 and above = 108. Punjabi 60 to below 70 = Punjabi 60 and above − Punjabi 70 and above. Combined 60 and above = 780 and Hindi = 424, so Punjabi 60 and above = 356. Combined 70 and above = 420 and Hindi = 264, so Punjabi 70 and above = 156. Punjabi 60 to below 70 = 356 − 156 = 200. Percentage less = (200 − 108) ÷ 200 × 100 = 46.
