Based on the data in the table, answer the questions that follow.

What is the average of the number of students who scored 50 or more than 50 marks but less than 60 marks in Punjabi and the number of students who scored 50 or more than 50 marks but less than 60 marks in Hindi ?
Punjabi 50 to below 60 = Punjabi 50 and above (526) − Punjabi 60 and above (356) = 170. Hindi 50 to below 60 = 554 − 424 = 130. Average = (170 + 130) ÷ 2 = 150.
